Fabulous Stuning Prom Dress With First-class Fabric And Exquisite Handwork

1. Please note that it will normally take 15-20 business days to tailor your prom dress*, it might be more or less, depends on individual dress style and order quantity. And then 5-10 post days for international shipment.

2. If you need the dress before a particular date, please kindly specify it in the 'Order Special Instruction' area when checking out.

3. If there is a rush order, we strongly suggest you to contact us before place order, to avoid in-executable order.

* The prom dresses which marked as "READY TO SHIP" are already made and could be sent out in 3 business days after order payment cleared.

We accept the return & exchange only Standard or Stocked merchandise within seven (7) days of receipt.
Please follow the following four steps to return and get an exchange:

1. Get a Return Authorization number
2. Inspect merchandise
3. Ship merchandise to Dressilyme Warehouse
4. Dressilyme will deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.

- I ordered this dress in sky blue and let me tell you it fits like a glove! The timing in which I recieved my dress was also great; I got it a whole day before I was expecting it.If you plan on custome sizing your dress be sure to have a proffecianal do at least all the major measurements. The only fault I found is that when I received it, it smelled like fish and was really rinckled, but that is nothing a good dry cleaner can't fix. It is great quality at an affordable price. I would deffenintly recommend using this site. The sells representitive "Susan" also replied to all of my questions within 24 hours which was great and she was very polite and gave me all the informaiton I needed.

- Do you have a working contact number for Susan? The telephone number on the website is incorrect and my emails are unanswered even though my credit card has been billed. I'm worried that the dress won't be here in time for prom!!!

- but that was because i ordered my dress in the middle of a holiday so all orders were postponed otherwise I probably would have recieved it sooner.

- This is such a beautiful dress. As soon as I took it out of the package I fell in love with it. It fits perfectly to my figure and pretty comfterble to wear. I feel beautiful in it. :)

- Oops, my last review was meant to be 5 hearts :) I got my dress in Carmine, it is a really beautiful color. It took less time to make than it said and it took less time than the minimum transit time. I was so happy when it came!
