Fabulous Stuning Prom Dress With First-class Fabric And Exquisite Handwork

1. Please note that it will normally take 15-20 business days to tailor your prom dress*, it might be more or less, depends on individual dress style and order quantity. And then 5-10 post days for international shipment.

2. If you need the dress before a particular date, please kindly specify it in the 'Order Special Instruction' area when checking out.

3. If there is a rush order, we strongly suggest you to contact us before place order, to avoid in-executable order.

* The prom dresses which marked as "READY TO SHIP" are already made and could be sent out in 3 business days after order payment cleared.

We accept the return & exchange only Standard or Stocked merchandise within seven (7) days of receipt.
Please follow the following four steps to return and get an exchange:

1. Get a Return Authorization number
2. Inspect merchandise
3. Ship merchandise to Dressilyme Warehouse
4. Dressilyme will deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.

- Hi Jojo, glad to hear that you like this dress.It will take 10 to 15 days to make this dress and the shipping time will take 5 to 7 days by DHL or UPS which are the fastest shipping methods recommended. According to this information, you could receive the dress within 20 to 22 days after your payment cleared in normal condition. Please kindly note that due to the Traditional Chinese New Year Holiday, the order received after 25th January will be delay 20 days at most, so that the time for you to receive the dress will need more about 20 days, that's means you could receive the dress within 40 to 42 days after we get your order and confirm the payment. :-)

- Hi Kar, the beads will also be made in silver color like the orginal model if you order the dress in dark magenta. And if you want the beads also changed into dark megenta like your dress, we can also alter it for you. - I agree with these ladies i want the dress and ill b ordering it by next week but how will i be sure i get it before prom? 42 days is a long time! sorry but when does the chinese holiday end? i dont know if that will make a difference on the shipping

- Hello, the dress has no stock at present, it will take 10 to 15 days to make a new one and the shipping time will take 5 to 7 days by UPS or DHL or FEDEX.Our Spring Holiday has already finished on 22nd Feb., the orders received now will be processed in normal condition. After we confirmed your order and payment, you can receive the dress within 20 to 22nd working days by the shipping methods of UPS or DHL or FEDEX. :-)

- This dress is gorgeous and I am interested in ordering. However, I noticed in other posts to "check the picture for the actual dress made by us" Does that mean the display picture is not the actual dress? Do you make dresses in sizes 18 or over, or can I just specify my measurments above? If I were to order within the following week will I get it before the 17th of April?

- I love my dress. It looks so beautiful in person. I gave the wrong measurements so it came up tight and Susan did a great job helping me with my problem. I cannot wait to order my next dress. Also the bead work on the dress was amazing it took me just 2 weeks to receive my dress after it was payed for! Sunny and Susan were amazing at helping me with everything!
